I offer different types of consultations depending on your budget and needs. Our initial conversation is free of charge and helps us determine what you would like to achieve and if we are a good match.
What I look at when analyzing your living or working environment:
- Outside surroundings/terrain
- Shape of your house or business
- Chi flow throughout the building
- Yin/Yang balance
- Furniture placement and density
- Choice of colors, materials & shapes
- Light and air quality
- Sounds and scents
- Clutter
- Problem zones
- Electromagnetic stress
The length of the consultation depends on the size of the property. A typical consultation runs 2-3 hours for a house of 1500 square feet.
Consultation Process
Prior to the consultation, I will send you a questionnaire that will enable me to define your personal element (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal or Water) and give you the opportunity to reflect upon your three main life goals. This part of the process is very important to offer you personalized recommendations adapted to your needs.
During the consultation, I will place the Bagua map over your space and explain which Element, color, shape, and material rules or blocks each sector. While we walk through your home or business, I will offer recommendations based on your floor plan, the arrangement of your space, and your personality scores. This can include rearranging furniture, adding accessories to energize an area, or removing items that block the energy and do not support your goals. You will also receive a binder with the following information:
- General information on the Feng Shui concepts
- Five Element Personality assessment
- Feng Shui design guides room by room
- Information on numerology, color associations, and clutter
A follow-up conversation by phone is included within 60 days of the consultation.
Basic Residential Consultation without report
The floor plan is to be provided by Client or will be subject to additional time and fees for measuring the premises.
Standard Residential Consultation
The standard residential consultation includes the information package described above plus a 10-15 page comprehensive written report to be sent within 2 working days after the consultation.

Business Consultation
The business consultation includes the information package described above plus a 10-15 page comprehensive written report to be sent within 2 working days after the consultation.
The floor plan is to be provided by Client or will be subject to additional time and fees for measuring the premises.
*SPECIAL: Basic consultation without report for home offices, studios and small offices up to 200 square feet: $170 (one-hour consultation).

During our initial contact, I will let you know which information I need to analyze your space and make personalized recommendations based on your floor plan, goals and personality type. You will then receive the following information by email:

- Grid overlay on your floor plan based on the Bagua map
- Five Element Personality assessment
- Analysis & recommendations based on your floor plan, personality and goals
- Feng Shui design guides room by room
- Information on numerology, color associations, and clutter

What I need from you prior to the consultation:
- A plan to scale of your home or business (architectural or sketch), including doors, windows, major appliances, fireplace, sink, bathtub, toilet, etc.. If you have several floors, please indicate on the plan whether it is a basement or attic. For businesses, I will need to know the location of desks,
- The total scores of the self-assessment questionnaire
- Three life goals that you want to focus on
- For off-site consultations: Pictures or video of each room and of the area outside of your front door
- If a floor plan cannot be provided, additional time will have to be planned to walk through your space and measure the rooms.
Payment terms
The residential and business consultations are to be paid at the end of the consultation by cheque or cash. Email consultations are to be paid in advance by Paypal or money order.
Additional travel time applies for consultations outside of a 20 miles radius from Fort Collins.
